Our store is open Monday to Saturday from 8:30am to 5:30pm

Do you ship overseas?
No. We currently only deliver to mainland UK. If you have a special request then it is always worth asking, you can contact us from our contact page.

How much will I be charged for delivery?

Your delivery charge is calculated on the total weight of your order.

How will my order be delivered?

When will I receive my order?
We aim to despatch your goods within 48 hours of receiving your order for items that are in stock. During busy periods this may take longer, however we will advise you via our order tracking system of extensive delays.

How long does furniture take to be delivered?
We endeavor to deliver all furniture within 3-5 workings days. Some deliveries will take longer due to stock shortages and busy periods. Please allow for this when you place your order.
All deliveries are made via our carrier. They will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time slot. Please examine the external appearance of your delivery carefully before the carrier leaves. If there are any noticeable marks or damage to the goods please write "DAMAGED ON DELIVERY" on the delivery note which you must sign. This will enable us to rectify any problems swiftly.
We reserve the right to replace damaged parts on a like for like basis wherever practical.
If you have a special delivery request, please contact us before you place your order.
Deliveries to the Isle of Wight will incur a small carriage charge.
We have made many successful deliveries to Jersey. Please contact us first with your requirements.
Please note: October, November & December are very busy periods. Delivery is currently taking 3-5 working days.

Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes you can.
Once you have placed your order you can track it's progress through our system by logging into your account. To log into your account click on the 'my account' link at the top of any page on this website. You will also find a link on the email that is sent to you once you have placed an order.
Your log in information will comprise of the email address you supplied when placing your first order together with the password you chose.

Can I collect my order from your store?
Yes you can.
All you need to do is place the words "Store Collection" as the delivery address when placing your order and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the collection of your order.
